Our Business is Growing!

We’re interested in purchasing or renting a local climate-controlled warehouse and office combination space. The ideal space would have about 2,100 to 3,200 square feet of warehouse space and a couple of adjoining offices with a restroom. The warehouse must be able to receive tractor-trailer deliveries - ideally from a loading dock and with additional garage doors accessible from street level. An adjoining parking area or level lot is also on our wish list. Bonus if there is any space for growing flowers around the buildings- we always love that!

We’re hoping to keep our business local and close to home for our employees. As such, the towns of Jay, Upper Jay, Wilmington, Au Sable Forks, Black Brook, Keeseville, and Peru could work well for us. We’d prefer not to go further, but a great property could sway us!
