March: Fall tulip bulb pre-ordering based on estimated crop production.

Mid summer: tulip bulbs are harvested from fields in The Netherlands and a preliminary inventory is taken. A 15% deposit on your order is due by July 1.

Late summer: Pre-orders are adjusted to reflect shortages and customers are given access to shop for substitutions. (Learn more about the substitution period on the FAQ page.)

September: Final bulbs counts are provided from The Netherlands after pre-shipping inspections have been conducted. Bulb shipments begin from The Netherlands to Little Farmhouse Flowers.

October: Final payments on orders are due by October 1. Untreated bulb shipping begins to LFF customers.

Early November: Early 5C bulb shipping (priority), regular 5C bulb shipping.

Mid November (and later upon request / storage availability): regular 5C bulb shipping.
