Muscari Azureum
'Azureum' Qualities:
Colors: a range of blues
Bloom window: mid to late spring
Zones: 3-8
Full sun
Sold in bags of 50 bulbs
Grower’s Note: Muscari (aka grape hyacinth) are one of the sweetest spring flowers. We love them for their blanket of multiplying low ground cover in the spring. As florists we use them in bud vases displays and just about every personal flower project during their window (lots of corsages, boutonnieres, and flower crowns). Try co-planting muscari with tulips and daffodils.
Planting instructions: Choose a sunny spot. Dig a hole or trough about 3 times the height of the bulb. Set your bulbs in the hole with the pointy tip up. Water. Replace soil and tamp down. Fertilizers are not necessary.
All sales are final. Buyer assumes responsibility for growing flowers from these bulbs. We recommend planting them within a week of receipt.
